尽管市面上已有不少高性价比的 SATA SSD 产品，但 M.2 NVMe SSD 的理论传输速率要快得多（为 SATA 接口的六倍）。为了普及 PCIe 3.0 x4 接口的高性能 M.2 NVMe SSD，雷克沙（Lexar）近日推出了 NM620 系列新品。由官方数据可知，1TB 版本的顺序读取可达 3300 MB/s、写入 3000 MB/s 。

主控方面，Lexar NM620 系列 PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD 支持 NVMe 1.4 协议。辅以最新的 3D TLC NAND 闪存，较低的功耗和发热，为创作者和游戏玩家带来印象深刻的性能体验。

容量方面，Lexar NM620 系列提供了 256GB / 512GB / 1TB 的选项，封装外形为标准的 M.2 2280，其中 1TB 版本的随机读写性能为 300k / 256k IOPS 。

雷克沙推出NM620系列PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe SSD新品

512GB 版本的顺序读取可达 3300 MB/s、写入 2400 MB/s，随机读写性能为 200k / 256k IOPS 。

256GB 版本的顺序读取可达 3000 MB/s、写入 1300 MB/s，随机读写性能为 92k / 240k IOPS 。

此外官方标称的工作温度范围为 0~70 ℃，耐振动 / 抗冲击，256GB / 512GB / 1TB 版本的写入量为 125 / 250 / 500 TBW（日均 0.44）。

Lexar NM620 M.2 2280 SSD 的长宽高为 80×22×2.25 毫米，重量仅为 9 克。目前已上市的有 512GB / 1TB 版本，售价分别为 89.99 / 159.99 美元（约 585 / 1040 RMB）。
